Layers is the first work of Transonus and is the final conclusion of a series of sound notes born without any relation to each other and that were just waiting to find an overall form.
The sounds used and then reworked come mainly from real urban and naturalistic environments with the addition in some tracks of more "traditional" electric and electronic sounds.
The result is an almost surreal "ambient music" in which the sound events coexist and transform themselves into a single flow.

Layers è il primo lavoro di Transonus ed è la conclusione finale di una serie di appunti sonori nati senza alcun relazione fra loro e che aspettavano solo di trovare una forma d'insieme.
I suoni utilizzati e poi rielaborati provengono maggiormente da reali ambientazioni urbane e naturalistiche con l'aggiunta in alcuni brani di suoni elettrici ed elettronici più "tradizionali".
Il risultato che ne esce fuori è un "ambient music" quasi surreale nel quale gli eventi sonori convivono e si trasformano in un unico flusso.
